What is ZAKU DANA ?

Excuse me for disapprearing, but I am currently unable to follow the forum, i only have time to enter time to time.
I want to ask, does anybody of You know what is "Zaku dana"?
I saw it once in an afghan shop, sold as a spice, in fact there was written "Zaku dana spice" on the package. it is formed of flat blachish-darkgrey seeds. It seems to be a leguminous plat. Has any of You an idea what plant it could be? For what You use it?

Never heard of it. May be your pronunciation is wrong. If you could post a picture it could be helpful to recognize it or how is its taste ?

No my friend, its written in Latin charachters, so I even do not imagine the pronounciation. Maybe they wrote it wrong. It has no smell or taste, looks similar like this:

I guess i have seen it. I think we used in khatam (counting some religious verses). I dont know the name but as soon as i learn i will let you know....
