make very thin omlette only with salt and a little water.. cut into approx. 1 cm long strips... and just roll the strips like u would roll a ribbon..1 strip makes one flower..

not at all difficult job....may be i am not able to explain it to u wel....any ways will post pics when i make one so u would understand better.. and the biryani tastes much much better than the flower...lol
