Pakhtun males and cooking

Let's not forget that the majority of the chefs and cooks in restaurants back home and over here are male.

My husband can't cook and won't cook and has only just mastered how to make himself tea and heat food for himself in case I'm out. This used to bother me until I saw the mess he'd make in my otherwise pristine kitchen.

I can cook a couple of things...

-tea
-vegetables
-rice but chaqarai shi rana

Now a days I am learning to cook parata, dhodai, wrijai, kabab,etc...I will learn tikka karahi, wachai tikkai, kabali polaw, etc. this month...have to do it...hard times ahead.
