One of the easiest, fastest and tastiest dishes ... love it! I don't add onions to mine though. And some of the methods are a tad different. But my mum has been trying pumpkin (same method dish) with onions, and it actually tastes nice. So, we should give this one a try too. The other type of eggplant we make has onions, definitely. If my mum doesn't have four onions and at least three tomotoes, she won't start cooking. Afghanssss!
