        @ Samima
UHT milk is sterilized or processed milk
        By wikipedia:
Ultra-high temperature processing or (less often) ultra-heat treatment (both abbreviated UHT) is the partial sterilizationof food by heating it for a short time, around 1–2 seconds, at a temperature exceeding 135°C (275°F), which is the temperature required to kill spores in milk. The most common UHT product is milk, but the process is also used for fruit juices, cream, yogurt, wine, soups, and stews. UHT milk was invented in the 1960s, and became generally available for consumption in 1970s.

When I was a baby up till the age of 5 I used to consume 5-6 bottles of milk a day. My body was absolutely solid and thats why I grew so tall alhumdulillah. I've stopped dronking milk now even though I should start again.

I love it cold and simple

I know someone who, in their mid twenties, wakes up at midnight, every night, and has a glass of milk. Shodo na la nedi joda shewi (deliberate use of plural).

                      What!!

I drink milk everyday, with biscuits or cakes, and a glass before bed. Habit my father got me into. =) Milk goes fast on our house, just having milkman is not enough!

I love ice cold milk (my cousins think I'm wierd if I put ice in it), or hot chocolate in zee winter.

I guess it's my alternative to tea.

^No to milk in tea, coffee and chocolate.

Yes to milk in rice pudding, ice-cream* and I guess yoghurt.

Ok, I admit it. I have cereal with water. I don't know anyone else who does.

*ironically for me it has to be milk and not a supermarket milk substitute thing.

I like milk when it is disguised as a dessert.
