lol i really like banjaan laghatak... so here is how u cook it

                      1. take tor banjan (enough for however many you want to make )\
                      2. wash them and then split each one in to four pieces up to the hat part. dont split the hat part. meaning when u split the banjan into four vertical pieces it should still be intact to the hat and be one solid banjan except it is split into four .
                      3. put the banjan in the pressure cooker and pour as much water in it to pressure cook it for about 10 minutes... until it is done.
                      4. drain the water and separate the egg plan from water in a saafi.
                      5. now smash the banjan with knife or any other object to make it look like laghatak... dont over do it to make halwa... just enough to chop it into small pieces.
                      6. now take garlic paste and oil. fry until brown the garlic paste in hot oil for about 3 to 5 seconds and then pour it on banjan... like we say "seer daagh"
                      7. u can spread yogurt or koroot on top of it and some wacha naanaa and have it with warmmmmmmmmmmmm afghan bread...

i hope u get my explanation lol... good luck.. let me know how it turned out.
                      \
