  • Any experts here on how to Barbeque

I have used a barbeque before but I was wondering like what is the best way to cook things. What type of charcoal to use and like proper details on this. If somebody knows?

depends on what u are cooking, i think.
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

First off, what kind of grill do you have or will be using?

For example, i have the big gas, backyard grills. So it doesnt need charcoal. However if you have the small, black, Afghani/picnic ones....then you will need a good amount of charcoal. But not to much.

Then, what would you like to barbeque...hamburgers? steak? kabab? I have never done kabab so i cant help you with that. But i find hamburger quite easy to do. Just add the meat onto the grill while it is on medium, then close it. After 2-5 minutes, open it up, flip it, then close it again. Do this step a few times before you are sure its cooked.....then if you want to wards the add, add salt, then cheese, then you are good to go . Make sure its well cooked inside that is why it takes a few times to flip it and close the grill.

I want to also add, do spray 'Pam' spray before you place your meat on the grill, this will help with it not sticking.

It's best to barbeque steaks and sausages and chicken slowly with only a little charcoal. If you want your food to have a smoked flavour and using gas is cheating.
You can then add fresh herbs and olive oil to help season the meat. However what you don't want to do is burn or overcook the meat so it drys out.

I lived in South Africa for a few years and they like having barbeques there a lot. If can find halal/kosher boerewors and fancy trying something diffrent. Then you should try them, as they are very nice spiced sausages.

There is no specific type of charcoal just whatever you can find.. And you can find some at Safeway homedepot walmart etc

And I am assuming you are going to be using a grill for this, If so then I'd recommend trying propane first because it's easier than coal..I have a grill that uses both coal and propane so it's easier for me cuz I can lower the coal tray or push it closer to the meat but yeah basically it's all about the the height and initial temperature you keep the meat at for first 15~20 minutes
It's enough that I know, Our time had a home, In your heart..Was a place..But the glass always breaks..
