Hey i like Dhal, its good. We eat meat like crazy, but nah, thats not the only thing we eat. Its not an Afghan dish if meat is not included

He means citizens of Afghanistan. Plus, Pashtuns in general call panjabis that. It is not a good thing, but it is a racist word, just like panjabis call us 'akhrott' or tajiks call us 'awghan e ghul'. Obviously it isn't everyone but it is a common racist thing to say.
