there is no such thing as kabuli palaw... it is Qabuli palaw... and its an uzbaki/turkmani dish ... i.e. rice and meat with raisons and carrots.

The things you see in the image are known as 'Parcel' over there in the Restaurant, It does have Qabuli Pulao, Tetar, Kabab, BBQ, Fish BBQ, Champ etc etc ..
