i don't like olives much. i never use them. just fetta, tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, green capsicim and flood with olive oil. like i had in crete.Comment

yes, lovely place. i spent 2 months on crete. the greek salad i had, in a small mountain village, tasted as though it was freshly picked from their garden, after being ordered. it was so tasty . their cafe had a huge vegetable garden behind it.Comment

Tertsa is my fav place in Crete. Little village still not discovered by tourists. A friend of mine runs taverna and B&B business there. Lovely place, nice people, good food... Paradise on the Earth.
Now Im thinking of baked feta with vegetables... Saganaki feta
