^OMG! you like those too....i thought i was the only one...what are they called? lol I know my mom cooks it rarely in a certain dish or something, not sure though. But i eat that thing plain, though its really sour

rhubarb in english and rawash in dari. i remember it from summers of kabul..my father would bring a ton for us. i only eat it raw with salt but i have seen chattni made from it. its good but it leaves your lungs aching.
