    I heard you can train yourself to sleep less. do you know you how to do that? four hours of sleep..and being able to function normally..is really good. useful skill to have.
    Well on weekends I sleep 9 hours.
    when I got collage I sleep at 2:00 am and wake up at about 06:30 am

    On holidays I at sleep at 2:00 am and wake up at 11:00 am

      I sleep at latest 10pm..and wake up at 4..pray, then sleep back at 5, and wake up again at 7.. thats about 8 hours total.

      I want to be able to stay up late like you, and study, and then wake up early. but i cant do that, and then sleeping alot makes me feel so guilty when it comes close to exams.

                          non commercial would cost less if he was in charge himself which he plans on doing. right now it's n herat but soon it will be in qanadahar.
