I saw many posts asking to write Pashto in Samsung Galaxy. There are many free keyboards to use for writing Pashto but the pure or special characters of Pashto has concatenation problem. This means you can't write in proper way but if you send this message or forward your writing to another device; it might looks properly.
Please notice that this issue is not with writing but the issue is the view that how Samsung Galaxy generate your text for view.
If anyone of you are developer and trying to solve this issue then you need to work on View of it not the input method.
