gotta a quote from this contractor for landscaping the backyard at my parents house..he said $3000 bucks..went to home depot, rented some tools cost me like $600 so believe me it PAYS to know how to do this stuff around the house and its a very good hobby.

For those who have done home reno projects or are interested share ideas and stuff here..This is something I recently did, we had way too much of extra space in the basement and I added a partition wall in there to make it a room ..this is a tutorial on how to do it yourself..very basic will take you maybe 6 hours if you're a mega-novice, good way to utilize home space and increase properteh value

i just paid over 1200 bucks to have a broken window fixed. last year i went to check and see if the house was clean enough for the new people to move in and found two doors leaning against the wall neatly. the animals that i had rented the house to had somehow pulled the entire door apart.
as much as i wish i could stick to doing one thing for 6 hours, i simply can't. i am great at starting projects not finishing them.

non commercial would cost less if he was in charge himself which he plans on doing. right now it's n herat but soon it will be in qanadahar.

it's a very large window. the insurance covers it but i didn't want to wait for them since i live in canada and the weather is not that great. they sent people over to have a look at it. they nailed a huge board to block access inside the house but it made the house so dark that it felt like a prison cell.

^ yeah actually it's better to get that kinda stuff done professionally especially cuz of the temperatures we get here in Canada ..they need to put the weather stripping and all

Still would have cost u bout 300 bucks to do it yourself and "that same leasing the apartment to someone " story happened to my friend only in his case cops raided the place cuz the lease-é was selling dope there
