I've got Dropbox installed on two machines - basically, anything that I save on one machine automatically appears on the other when I switch it on and connect to the internet. It's a pretty nifty tool if you need to transfer between machines regularly and want to save yourself the USB/Flash drive hassle.

You can also share your Dropbox with friends - so forget 10Mb emails that don't go through - and your friends can add to the dropbox too - it ends up being like a shared folder.

You can set shares, disable them if you are a folder admin.

    Oh, and it's free ...

Login to Dropbox. Don't have an account? Signing up is easy. Just enter your email to get started.
