Man..... this really stupid thing ALWAYS happens with me.... My AC wasn't working properly all night and I got the AC repair people to come over today and they switched it on and it was working perfectly - it still is. It was so embarrassing cuz I kept standing there saying that it wasn't working yesterday night and the guy's like "it's working perfectly, as you can see".
And this isn't just a one-off thing. I've taken my old computers thrice or more to computer vendors when they stopped working at home and they used to plug them in and they'd work perfectly!
