its a ghazal, the poet does say his name at the end but not his full name as is mostly the case

Everyone goes through a series of difficulties and problems while taking the first step toward a new beginning. The only individual who can taste success is the person who chooses a better and honest approach.
We may fall, slip, and get hurt ourselves on the way but at the end the very feeling achieving our goal, the very feeling of how honest we have been all through the way to success will exceed the limit of words.
The recipe is simple
1. 5 Times of daily prayers.
2. Courage.
3. Honesty.
4. Accepting Criticism.
5. Consulting with others.
6. Learning from the mistakes.
