Shkarfarbazaar is a place in Qandahar city.. funny things happen there... or so I hear lol

"Kandahar, Kandahar" means.. Kandahar City in the province of Kandahar.. like "Maiwand, Kandahar" means Maiwand city in the province of Kandahar..

And the funny things I mentioned.. there's a buncha "Payloochan" that live around there.. and well.. Payloochan are the gangsters of Qandahar lol they so toughhhhh

Payloochan was a group of people in Qandahar.. They'd have this codex, this complex system of values.. for example, they'd never wear any shoes or always, they'd always walk around barefoot, because they were tough like that lol (Hence the Paylooch.. pay=psha=foot, looch=laz=bare) So they'd do a buncha things.. as far as I know it was a sort of gang.. or a cult.. most of them lived In Shkarfarbazaar..
And people disliked them because they were so unconventional.. you know? I think the term "loochak" even derives from this..

But I'm really not sure, my cousin once told me about all this Paylooch business.. and they basically were the thugs of Qandahar LOL

We had the same over here as well..... though with some variations.

They called themselves that CHADDA GANG. They didn't wear shoes. Instead, they wore spring-shoes because of which they could jump high and leap over stuff, making it impossible to catch up with them. Additionally, they would go around shirtless because they would apply grease and oil on their bodies so that capturing them would become impossible.

Payloochan were the most dangerous people of Afghanistan lol. They had some sick morals and values.

for example, if you coughed in front of a payluch it meant an insult and they would just come up to you and slap you. cause apparently it meant that you think they farted.

Kandahrian are known to take ghairat and nang to another level(sometimes it gets a bit silly) such as if you ask a Kandahary "singaya sha ya? wror jhe sha dey? khor jhi shada" the sister part can nearly get you killed in Kandahar lol.

But it was a strict Kandahri movement and they had a lot of codes which I dont feel like sharing here lol. They were more of a gang oriented thing. Those who would stay out late at night and etc.

Yea, it was a gang more than anything.. I wonder if they still exist in Qandahar..

and LOL @ sister.. who does that.. bekhi bad Kar day.. the FURTHEST you can go is saying "ahlul bait sha di?"/"pa Kor ki Khairyat day?" or if you know the guy LONG and well enough.. you might say "Khor sha da?"(as in you consider her your own sister) but anything else .. suicide.
