i am oing to share an all in one scientific calculator for ur pc which would help u alot.
it is of Microsoft company called Microsoft Mathematics. it contains functions of finding the derivatives, integrals, it can plot a graph of a trignometric functions and its inverse. it also has a unit conversion tool and a triangle solver and much more here are some screenshots

thank you Safi, but I already have what's called SmartBoard installed on my computer plus Mathematica and Matlab and Maple, most of the mainstream scientific/computer algebra programs are on my comp. Thanks though.
