was geht - wassup (i've heard it has was geht but maybe wie is right too :P)

what are you doing? - was machst du?
where are you? - wo bist du?
who are you - wer bist du?
then something like "akhso" for okay
and something like ginow for "yeah" or something idk :P
and then i know some bad words

The first sentence would be like:
Wir haben den Willen und auch Wunsch. Und ich will mich wieder an Deutsch erinnern. or Ich will mein Deutsch wieder verbessern.

Wie gehts? is the formal version of asking how someone is feeling.

Was geht? is slang version of asking the same.

You are really good.
Just the word "achso" is written with a c and not with a k.
"ginow" was hillarious. I guess that how someone would write it in English, but in German its "genau".

Tell us the bad words, that´s the most interesting aspect about German. haha

No one will know what these words mean except for me. LOL

Come on. I will highlight why German "bad words" are so special if you tell me the words you know. The German language is like the German himself, very straight forward and honest and curse words make that very clear. haha

dict.cc | Wörterbuch Englisch-Deutsch is a German-English /English- German Online Dictionary where you can listen to the words, too.
The are pronounced in "Hochdeutsch" (standard German) and not in any dialect or something.
