We would keep a tight watch on the individuals academic performance and possibly help out with a transition for training here in the US for a period of time by giving advice, supplies for standardized testing. We would have to evaluate the candidates stability etc. and make sure that they are devoted to following through on this through thick and thin. This would mean that they cannot do the typical Pashtun thing where they leave school to work an odd job and pay for family finances back in the kalaay. We would probably maintain links with someone at the respective schools to ensure attendance and what not.
Yes right but this needs a team of devoted members to have a check on them and also run this whole system. For this we would need help of other members who really want to do something for their pakhtun brothers rather than just enjoying and criticising each other in the forum.
Apart from this it could get a shape of an organisation in which we can do multi tasks besides medical or engineering. We can work on social side as well
