Salamoona zama khalko.....i have been posting continoulsy in education section but members dont pay attention to those posts....which are valuable for everybody including me....i have very few members visiting that thread...i will be posting there toooo but so i am planning to post short stories in indivuidual threads....as people are attracted to new threads more than old ones i guess....

i post not to increase my no. of post of course but i want every member to read this......i am really being positive that members will read.....u can give ur feedback toooooooooooo....

for regular followers of that thread it will be a repetition.....sorry for that....but many will be reading it for the first time....

let me know how is the Idea..if not effective i will shun it...

DAVID AND GOLIATH

We all know the story of David and Goliath. There was a giant who was bullying and harassing the children in the village.

One day, a 17-year-old shepherd boy came to visit his brothers and asked, "Why don't you stand up and fight the giant?"

The brothers were terrified and they replied, "Don't you see he is too big to hit?"

But David said, "No, he is not too big to hit, he is too big to miss."

The rest is history. We all know what happened.David killed the giant with a sling.

Same giant, different perception.

You're right, Spogmai guley. It's a sad reality that it's often the same few people who are always involved in the Education section of forums. Smart idea for bringing it into this section! Since each story you've shared has an important lesson for us all to learn AND since they deal with "literature" essentially, I think you should continue posting them here. Keep it up.
