Here we can post documentaries on historic civilizations.
I would have said ancient civilizations but I found this documentary that talks about the pre-Columbian civilizations in the Americas versus the European civilizations (end of the middle ages) both at the same time, and that doesn't really count as a period of "ancient" civilization. Anyway, part 2 then goes into the discovery of the Americas by the Europeans and how the Europeans changed the landscape and wildlife of the Americas. It focuses more on civilization and the plants and animals that were introduced to the Americas from Europe and vice-versa. The documentary notes how the Native Americans were killed off but it doesn't go into much detail about it as other documentaries or movies on this topic normally would do so.
