  • Garegin Njdeh(Ter-Harutyunyan) - An Armenian fighter and thinker

Dear friends, I would like to introduce you some informations and sayings of one of our respected sons of nation.
Before telling something I'd like to issue the purpose of that thread.
It is in no way to attack anybodies culture!
This thred is purely informative if somebody finds interest in the thoughts of Njdeh. I immagine this thread as a kind of extract from the experiences of my nation, perhaps those exeriences can be of interest as it is for me always interesting to know experiences f other nations, otherwise I wouldn't be here.
This theme has not the idea to impose anything nor to offend somebody.
So if anybody feels offended by this theme simply without any problems report it to the Admins for closing this theme -I make that as a rule that when this theme in somehow will offend Pashtuns to close it.

    Now to the theme.
Garegin Njdeh(Ter-Harutyunyan) was an Armenian libertation fighter.
His history is quiet difficult and sad. Here I want to focus more on his thoughts than on his biography as it will require a lot of historical descriptions - but with the time I will provide a short biography of this fighter.
He is special from others of our fighters in the fact that he was also a thinker and has written a lot of his thoughts down.
Slowly I will post some of his thoughts, that may be today simple and evident but at the same time rarely respected.

Dear Catya, I answer You questiions.
Njdeh was fighting, Ottomans, Soviets, Musavatists, Turkish military.
everyone who was a danger for the people, even fake Armenians he was fighting.
Why are you dissapointed if he faught the Ottomans?

About Grigor the "illuminator" how Christians call him.
No excuse me, I do not like this political figure at all.
Hopefully I won't offend You but he was a very cruel person(by the way he is not Armenian, he is half Greek half Persian and his real name was Suren).
In his responsability is a genocide against my people.
When our anscient priest Ardzan came to him telling "please come on your mind, lets a avoid a brother-brother war and live in peace Armenians and Christian Armenians".
Grigor answered "No, we will kill You all in name of Jesus" (If only Jesus new this......).
So I do not like him.
Among the saints f Armenian church is one other Grigor, Grigor of Narek(Grigor Narekatsi) - him I admire.
But Grigor "Lusavorich"(Illuminator), was a druel man and a byzantine agent.
      Excuse me to dissapoint you
