So real Pakistanis are Africans?

No , these african people in pakistan known as sheedis have migrated from africa long time ago and live in coastal areas of balochistan and in layari area of karachi. They are good football and boxing players i.e they have characteristics of typical negros.

Pakistan is probably doing nothing to preserve them.

I will say they are one of the poor community in pakistan. As they live in balochistan, so they are not noticible.

well long time ago they use to be slaves which During the Arab rule in Balochistan and Sindh provinces of Pakistan soldiers and slaves were brought from Africa.

I think around 50 or 60 thousand, they have also mixed with locals to an extent
