[ComradePashtun]

Salam everyone!

I have tried to retrieve this journal/article within my own university database/search engine but I wasn't successful. I would realy appreciate if some one help me obtain it. The title is:

Khamagaev A (2003) Afghanistan: An ethnopolitical portrait – a unitary or a federal state? Journal of Social and Political Studies 4(23).

In a source which I came across it apparently it used to be available at: Ca-c.org (accessed 8 September 2008). The page no longer exist.
