    lol

my first guess was brain too but then I figured it had to be more sobby, so I went with heart ...but shoulder? LOL

This reminds me of another story:

There was a little boy who had just a head and no body. His mother used to put him on the window sill and he would watch the other children play hockey on the streets. And everyday he prayed to God that he would get a body so he could play too. One day he woke up to have a body, so his over joyed mother let him go out to play. As the boy ran out with his hockey stick to join the other kids in play, a car came speeding fast and hit him off the road. The boy died instantly. The moral of the story - Quit while you are A-Head ...lol

Undoubtedly, every part of the body serves a different purpose in different instances in our lives, where we think, each outweighs the other. Personally though, I think the tongue is one of the many endowments Allah bestowed upon His slaves. The person who uses the tongue to comply with the commandments in the Quran and the clarifications and teachings in the Sunnah, may, InshaAllah, earn blessings in this world and the next. However, the one who uses his tongue in disobedience, does not display thankfulness to Allah, slanders, backbites and lies about others, leads to his own destruction. Use it to your advantage and I remind myself first.

But, whatever the tongue says, it comes from what the heart feels and the brain thinks.

Most of it, yes. Not always though. Take anger for instance. It is a state where the tongue acts faster than both the heart and mind, a state which is most often regretted by the heart and mind.
