High Blood Pressure

I have noticed many people when they measure their blood pressure at home and it is high. They straight away take antihypertensive pills this is common back home because you dont need a prescription.

But the guidelines for blood pressure is regular checking of BP over a long period. If it high continuously then you may suggest taking antihypertensive pills.

BP=Blood Pressure

Normally it is 120/80 mmHg

Hypertension (high BP) is when it is above 140/90

mine was 123 loolz

but thats ok it is never exactly 120

atcually i was really stressed at dat time, i had maths exam :@

but thats not high blood pressure. Like i said it should be above 140/90 and stay like that everyday for a month or more for you to say it is hypertension
