          An article I read a while back came to the same conclusion. Squatting is indeed better.

          They are used all over the world outside of 'The West'.

                      I remember I brought my cousin from village to Islamabad, and there was the sitting toilets.

                      He went to use bathroom in restaurant. Me and my friends were waiting for 15 minutes, and then I went to go check on him.

                      He was in the stall trying to squat on the toilet seat.. ROFL
