What has changed is the thresh hold for keeping it inside.

With the economy in shambles, their world around them falling for most, they no longer can bear.

So, more people are now on anti depressants.

It is a vicious cycle, it spirals till the breaking point. The only way out is the REAL HARD way, better economic situation, which most will not succeed in achieving.
