i'm a 'barefooter.' not all the time but a lot. i believe in the energies from the earth and directly connecting with it, but i never heard all of what he says, before.

I have already forwarded this video to a few people, as it's so interesting.
The narrator seems like he has decent energy. That is SUCH a rarity
          in today's America.
I didn't quite understand the second part, nor would be likely to buy
          his product.
But I always have used those special stickers for electronics which
supposedly antidote the negativity emanating out.

I have always liked bare feet in summertime and sandals in winter.
I wonder if non rubber soled sandals may be better than that awful
tennis shoe type - which simply LOOKS artificial and not appealing
          aesthetically.

So, I am grateful to be shown this - I think he's very ahead of his time/

          Good point, Kakargirl, I agree.
The simpler the style of life and the simpler the diet
one lives and eats, the greater the longevity and peacefulness of soul.
It's believed by REAL experts - not these pop gurus dominating the
Western field of dietary advice - that a very monotonous diet
is far easier on the system.
Hence one will survive much longer.
People who mainly eat nan or rice perhaps,
          fare very well.

People who must eat chocolate or pate de fois gras...are
asking for serious problems to show up later in life.

Leather would be the best : like don't those chaplis have all leather soles?
Or has that changed with the new Chinese-made ones which apparently
              have swept the market.

Yeah rubber is a totally natural product from the rubber tree plantations
in Malaysia - maybe too many chemicals COULD be used in making it for soles.

              I don't know either.

But the barefoot idea makes sense wherever possible. I liked the background
of stone he spoke in front which reminds one to stand on rocks, not just
              lawns.

He is not talking about natural or synthetic, what he is saying is the rubber prevents you from being grounded. It rubber shields you from the anti oxidants that the earth would naturally give you. But if you were barefoot therefore grounded then the electrons that are provided by the earth would benefit you.

Main point is you have to be grounded.

yes, it does mean barefooted. just checked a site about it. if we don't do that we age faster. don't want that happening.
