Afghan Army Lacks Enough Pashtuns

I agree but like I said, Tajiks are far worse than Punjabis.

So making up names for Pukhtoons (in Afghanistan) is actually worse than killing Pukhtoons (in Pakhtunkhwa)? Wauw, what a logic!

And besides, I have heard more than enough 'Pathani jokes' in Urdu but I still have to hear a 'Pashtuni joke' in Dari. If you know what I mean.

What Afghan army lacks isn't pashtuns or some other tribe and what-not. What it lacks is infrasctructure and discipline, there is not a single race on this earth who is more gifted/brave than the other one. We are all created as equals, with that being said Afghan army right now is pretty much being used as a shield to protect the marines when they go into combat and above all as an excuse for combat. Little to no basic training is given and then these troops are sent out into the field, that needs to change Aghanistan needs strong military acadmies and training practices.

One of the main obstacles that even the Americans are facing in training in Afghan army is that there are so many languages spoken by different soldiers that it ahs become increasingly hard for them to coordinate and transfer their training practices on to the Afghan army.
