He is targeting a certain segment of society, his own base. He does not care what the real world thinks and what is the truth, he cares what his base thinks and he wants to use those people for his agenda.
As long as those people think that muslims or mexicans or whoever are "fill in the blank", they will vote for him and support him.Comment
