Listen, go away little boy unless you have something uselful to say.

If you cant handle that somebody has a good word to say about Iran then you are simpleton, a jealous downsyndrome moghol.

Whats next? I say a good word about Italy or Japan and you'll crap yourself then too? I should appreciate only Mongolia? Shoo.
Actually in general i have a huge admiration for Iranians. But I dislike Iranian nationalist.

I don't know why you hate mughals. They were one of the greatest dynasty in human history.

I dont hate Mongols or Hazaras i am just throwing insult for insult but i am not being serious obviously. Only when i sh!t on pakis i mean it.

Look, Iranians do not have only two categories of people, Khomeinists vs Persianists. That is just false and why i call that out as simpleton talk. You cant put them into just two boxes their country and society and politics and their history is far more complex and deeper than trying to place them into a couple of different boxes. It isnt like that in Iran.

No you werent. The only thing you are paki boy is a straight up Dravidian.

Silly paki ji you cant even draw a map of your former Mughal master's occupation of your Hindustan correctly. Babur's rape and conquest of your curry subcontinent was much larger than that fake map of yours and we all still applaud him to this day for massacring 10s of thousands of smelly pakis all over Bundjab.

          Now duck out.

            Haha, nice! (see below)

I am actually surprised that these Iranian demos are still going! Today is the 4th or 5th day.
They are getting deadlier too with reports of riots and shootings spreading. I read that the people are calling for a nationwide strike tomorrow. We'll see.

Some of the bigger demos and more violent rioting seems to be coming from Azeri cities like Zanjan and also Kurdish parts of Iran.

Riots are spreading further around Iran.

Happening now in two different cities in the Kurdish areas of Iran.

                    Very good
It doesn't matter to me as long as Iranians have the turmoil in their own country it's good for everyone.
It's time they feel what they have been doing to other countries.

Btw Khomeini are worst than fascist Persians and they also have more reach. But both of these groups are **** , let's hope they both lose.

'Turmoil' isnt 'good', but yes the slap of reality to Khomeinist Republic is good.

Hopefully the unrest can keep up momentum and grow larger until the Khomeinist regime is forced to recall their resources from abroad and abandon their foreign adventures and put all of their attention and efforts back onto their own country.

What other movements are there in Iran?

In the West, pretty much the only kinds of Iranians you generally see are the extremely vain, atheist, nationalist ones, and the pro-Khomeinist Shia ones.

I know there are Kurdish and Balochi separatists, and some Sunni Arabs too, but among the Persians those are the only two kinds that you generally see.

I'm going to side with Friends on Baloch on this , though I don't appreciate his "moghol" "mongol" jargon directed at Firdousi. Firdousi is from Herat, and Herat are closer ethnic Persians than other Tajiks in Afghanistan are. Not that it even matters. Even if he was, there's lots of "Mughal" Iranians, considering Iranians are Azeris, Turkmen and other Mughal groups that assimilated in Iran.

Anyways, Iranian's are a very complex people, this "ultra fascist/racist" type are primarily internet trolls or groups on the Margin Most Iranians are worldly and educated people, they may not respect Islam or like Islam, but I sort of don't blame them. especially after years of how the Wilayat Faqih regime have represented Islam to them.

I don't think it's inevitable that Iranians will side and become an American puppet regime. Sure that is a possible outcome, but educated Iranians with good memories also know America was involved in the Coup D'tat of democratically elected Mossadegh and that being an American puppet regime means being aligned with Saudis, Kuwaitis, Emiratis and Bahrainis all of whom are stooges.

I believe that we should support revolution in Iran not just for the benefit of Afghanistan but also the fact that the Syrian regimes source of life came largely from Iranian regimes support. A new regime in Iran may actually dent American geopolitical designs. not assist it.

                          Just my opinion though.

Also, as economist Kaushik Basu says: "For a nation to progress it is important for people to spend time on science, mathematics and literature instead of spending time showing that 5,000 years ago their ancestors did science, mathematics and literature."

MY Two cents Turmoil is not good for anyone in our region, whether it's in Iran, Afghanistan or even Pakistan, that turmoil spreads and just makes the region more unstable than it already is.

Remember what happened in Afghanistan in the 90's. The crap that went down in Kabul spread everywhere else ....

Also, as economist Kaushik Basu says: "For a nation to progress it is important for people to spend time on science, mathematics and literature instead of spending time showing that 5,000 years ago their ancestors did science, mathematics and literature."

Ey, thanks wrora, but I don't really care. I mean people use "Turk" as an insult but I don't know why. Turks got an interesting history, a rich cultural heritage and have been ruling our Iranic lands for almost a millennia.

Regarding Iran, I am not sure about that. I beg to differ. What most of Iranians miss is not the "old good days", "democracy" or a "better system". No matter all the nationalist mumbo jumbo, Iran during Shah rule was third world country where only 25% of the population was literate. That corrupt gigolo managed to alienate the whole country with his expenses and stupidity (in the celebration of the fake 2500 years of Iranian monarchy, he spent 100 million dollars!!! We are talking about 50 years ago!!!).

What Iranians miss is the prestige and the admiration people had for them when the gigolo was on charge. Now people look down on them and label them as terrorists. Iran has become a pariah state.

Iranians have interiorized that global hatred that led to a nationwide cultural cringe. No wonder so many Iranians are eager to give up on their identity as soon as they arrive in the West.

There's a theory that Azeris are actually Turkicized Iranics (like Hazaras are Persianized Mongols/Turks). Most of them don't really look like Turks, so I wouldn't be surprised if it's true to some degree.

Not that any of this really matters.

Nah, I've met them in real life, and they're super annoying. I've had people try to explain to me how amazing Zoroastrianism is (despite them not even being Zoroastrian lol), and how great Iran was before Arabs ruined it, etc.

I have an Iranian sounding name, so I get mistaken for a Persian sometimes; if your name sounds more Arab or overtly Pashtun, maybe you don't encounter it as much.

Those types were anti-Islam even before the revolution, and many of them have barely even experienced life under the "Islamic" regime.

I see what you mean by Iran's government being a poor representation of Islam, but if these ultra-nationalist types have enough time to research Zoroastrianism and brag about how amazing it was (despite their ancestors freely abandoning it for Islam), they have enough time to look into Islam and realize that their government isn't exactly a great example of Islamic governance.

In truth, most of their anti-Islam feelings come from the same place that anti-Islam sentiments arise in Afghans and especially Indics: self-loathing and white envy. This is why you see these same people latch onto the Aryan label, but instead of using it for its original meaning, they take it to be a connection to Europeans.

Where does a revolution in Iran come from if not backed by the US? It can't be a homegrown Islamic movement for obvious reasons, communism is dead (and neither Russia nor China are going to support a communist revolution anyway), so where else is the support going to come from? The only options are a liberal, Western-backed regime, or a ultra-nationalist, fascist one. Unless you have a third option, but I can't think of one.

Neither are better than what's there currently.

In the future, I think the government should change. But right now, I don't think there's a better option. Until Muslims figure out a course forward that isn't merely aping the failing designs of the West, we're better off with bad governments like Iran than bad governments like Afghanistan.

Where does it even come from? I thought they had a picture of you or something, because the majority of Afghan Tajiks don't look east Asian, and Heratis especially usually look like light-skinned Iranians.

But you're right, even if you look like a Turk, so what? Turks can be good looking, just like Iranics can be ugly.

They need to realize that the West will look down on them no matter what in the current climate. They're better off courting the rest of the Muslim world, and east Asia, rather than this stupid "We Wuz Aryanz" nonsense.
