  • Pakistan "warns" to retaliate against any fire from Afghanistan

Bad boys at it with the threats again!

Pakistan has called on Afghanistan to hand over the Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) chief, Mullah Fazlullah, alleging that the TTP chief is hiding in eastern provinces of Afghanistan.
Sartaj Aziz, Pakitan’s National Security and Foreign Affairs Adviser, told reporters the cross-border incursions from the Afhgan side is a serious issue.
Aziz further added that Pakistan was in touch with the Afghan authorities for the better management of border and installation of bio-metric verification system on border crossing points which he believes can ensure better management of the border.
He stated in categorical terms that Pakistan will fully protect its border and retaliate to any fire from the other side.
The remarks by Aziz comes as the Afghan government accused the Pakistani military and intelligence services for increasing their influence and support to terrorist groups in Afghanistan.

The Pakistani ambassador to Afghanistan was also summoned by the ministry of foreign affairs of Afghanistan regarding the persistent interference of Pakistan in Afghanistan and cross-border shelling in eastern Kunar province.

It will be better for both countries as a Dead talib is only a Good talib.

NOTE:Though if the threat is from Govt than Don't take it seriously. If it is from the army side than the action might had been taken already

      My VIEW:

If the Army by any mean indeed get the exact location of Fazlullah/Omar khorsani hideouts,They will chase them even into Afghanistan

I think it would be to the benefit of both countries if this becomes a regulated border. Afghanistan's claim to the Pakistan territory aside, I think for the time being it would benefit them if they can normalize relations with Pakistan over the border.

The TTP is a Northern Alliance front group. So, the Afghan Taliban will be eager to cooperate with the Paki military if they were to invade. They have mutual interests and enemies.
