Well I think the bigger question is what US is going to say or do now. The tragedy isnt that this is happening (ISI's collusions with the Taliban) but the fact that US cant do anything about it. These reports didnt appear overnight. The intelligence community and the people who matter (Mullen, Clinton and Obama) surely knew about it before hand.

The US is in a catch 22 situation. They need Pakistan for their WoT. They depend on it for the man-power, the supply routes and the local support. And this prevents them from taking any actions against a rogue org like ISI which is planning strikes against India and harboring terrorists right under their noses.

Things aside, I must commend Pakistan for using the situation to its benefit. It gets what it wants from the US, F-16s, Cobra attack helicopters and funds and also manages to cock a snook at them. The US complies as its blackmailed by Pakistan and is paranoid about leaving Afghanistan once again at the mercy of the Mujahideens, lest another organization like the Al-Qaeda is born. At the same time Pakistan hasn't lost sight of their larger goals of hurting India and securing Afghanistan via the Taliban. Though the strategy seems to be succeeding in the short term. Lets see how far it takes them in the longer term. We can already see the after-effect of Zia's policy of mixing Kaleshnikov's with Jihad and drugs. Lets see how this roll of the dice turns out for Pakistan.

If I were you I would not take the US as fools. look at 50billion dollar damage Pakistan has incurred. Its state is in rubble's and there is now law and order.

The US already knew about this leak.

They arent fools PashtunQueen. Irrespective of what we think about them, they were and still are the smartest folks on earth.

The US did know about it for sure. They are playing a dangerous game. They are allowing Pak to continue with its agenda as long as US and its allies get to win in Afghanistan. The trouble is that Pak is undermining US efforts as well. The US has got to curb the ISI as well as try and not to lose its support. And this isn't an easy job to do.

When I use to be Mazloomyarmaseed so many members and ISI elements on this forum use to insult me for speaking about Pakistan ISI and Taliban friendship, they use to say ohhh Taliban are real Kandaharis and Pashtuns, ohhh ISI hate Taliban etc

When I told them that I personally saw both Taliban and Pakistan Army in North Waziristan and in Miram Shah Market patrolling the streets together they wouldnt beleive me

Now in these Leaks there were reports of Pakistan ISI with Taliban meetings in South and Mainly North Waziristan

There were reports of Hamid Gul the Punjabi Clean Shjven Jihadi ISI agent meeting with the so called Taliban hahaha.

I feel so good today. The whole world can wake up and seee how deadly the ISI and Pakistan truely are.

Afghan Taliban are a Colony of Pakistan and their chief in command in Col Imam and Hamid Gul.

Afghan Taliban Specially sent a jirga to free and release Col Imam the Punjabay ISI col from the captors being Punjabi Militants lol.

I guess the so called Afghan Taliban dont like seeing Punjabis Kill Punjabis.
