The people who are seeing difference between mullah omer and baitullah are requested to listen or read the words of mullah omer after 9/11 where he announced after 1000 mullahs of afghanistan suggested him to handover osama to any international force. He said, if they will burn the whole Afghanistan, I will not do that. One Arab from Yeman once told me, that these words will be written with Gold. and I replied, Ahhhh I wish if this Mullah Omer and Osama both were in yemen and these golden words were for your country.
What a non-sense decision where for an arab jihadist hiding in Afghanistan, the whole Afghanistan should be thrown into a hell.
It is due to his non-sense decision all pashtuns are suffering till today.

If we want to make the country and region peaceful, then we need development and moderation not radicalism.
Sitting in front of internet and compurter and encouraging suiciders in so much hurting.
For yourself this luxury and for these innocent brainwashedyouth hell in this world and after death as well.

If I am hitting Jasmin Jan from your home my enemy then my enemy has the right to attack your home.
Ghairat does not mean anything in intermnational plitics, it is valuable in tribal relation but not in international poliitics.
One should the country interest not a hidden terrorist in your country.

You really believe that had Mullah Omar done so the Pashtuns would be prosporous and everything would be rainbows and kittens by now? I hope for you're not that naive.

Please read The Project For The New American Century Report - It was a blue print for the USA's foreign policy when Bush and his neo-con cronies got into office - and a big cross-hair was Afghanistan as well as Iraq.

In any case, for the sake of countering your flawed argument Mullah Omar did offer to try OBL in a nuetral country but USA didn't even bring a charge sheet, they fired up the F-16's before even producing one shred of legal documentation to the world. Why would they? Remember the cruise missiles that rained down on Kabul and a Sudaneese Aspirin factory in 1998?

These global bullies have no time for international law, hence they've been involved in more than 72 worldwide military interventions meddling in other coutries affairs since World War 2.

Mullah Omar comes under Pakistani influence because his entire network was housed and protected here. Talks between the Quetta Shura and the Karzai government, brokered by Saudi Arabia (peace be upon them) and supported by Pakistan and the United States, have been taking places since 2008. Mian Nawaz Sharif played a vital part in that mediation effort. Mullah Omar is very pleased with Pakistan, despite having a few pawns tortured.

The Islamists in Pakistan, in their ignorance, claim that there's no difference between any Taliban faction and that they are all one. The truth is that 'Taliban' is a mere blanket-term for a whole bunch of groups who operate in different areas for different areas and under the influence of difference foreign agencies. If India can support the Baloch insurgency in retaliation to Pakistan's support for militants in Kashmir, I see no reason why the Mehsud Taliban cannot get outside support, which they are getting. Moulvi Nazir, the Hekmatyaar group as well as the Uzbek forces in North Waziristan are there on the behalf of the Pakistani agencies.

            Just putting things into perspective.

Not according to the reports coming out every second week. When Pakistan allied with the United States, it secretly gave sanctuary to Al-Qaeda and the Taliban in Waziristan and Quetta. Many Mehsuds will tell you of the influx of Arab and Uzbek foreigners into their lands right after 9/11.

Pakistan spent many precious dollars and had a lot of cheap blood spilled in trying to fix its problem on its western border. Remember, a country cannot completely roll back its foreign policy. Afghanistan was Pakistan's only foreign policy success and Pakistan wasn't just going to throw it all away.

When different Western and non-Western think tanks conclude that some factions fighting in Afghanistan are getting covert support from the ISI, they aren't wrong.

What do you take Americans for?
I don't think things can be this simple. **** Cheney in the 90s said that invading Iraq would be a quagmire and went down about all the reasons why it was a disaster (he was right --> YouTube - 1994 Clip of a C-SPAN Interview with **** Cheney), and then 10-12 years later, him and his neocon crew went in and did it. What happened there? Did **** Cheney turn retard 10 years later or did they have a certain policy? Same is the case with the war on drugs. US spent billions on the war on drugs, DEA, etc but then the CIA was accused of being involved in drug trafficking through South America. They supported Manuel Noreiga in Panama only to then go after him due to his alleged drug trading. Were the Americans stupid when they supported him and suddenly wised up? Or maybe there are underlying policy and cost benefit that they see and we just don't have access. It is not as simple as you all make it out to be.

Mullah omer never declared war on Pakistan army. It was baitullah mehsud who did it, because both are more less under common command of Alqaeda. Alqaeda declared war on Pakistan army.

Double game, ya Aseer jan for sure, pakistan is playing it. I know army soldiers and officers who are saying ya we assist and facilitate Taliban who wish to cross border to fight NATO and ISAF, however they fight those who consider them enemy like many Pakistani Taliban groups.

Things are too much confused, and in many points these different groups including pak army, NATO, Afghan taliban, PAkistani Taliban, Local groups in FATA have common and conflicting interests. They are enemy at one place and then friends at other.

Very true, the so called "Pakistani taliban" is the one slaughtering the Pakistanies at the moment as we speak. Not Afghani taliban

yea even its the stance of Pakistani Taliban to fight Pakistan Army for their collaboration with US and Nato forces.

So whats the Pakistani Taliban agenda? Do they not fight Pakistan Army for colaborating the US and NATO.

I wouldn't go as far as saying RAW nurtured them. Actually it was ISI who built them up and even called them "pakistai patriots". Nowadays, I do think that foreign intel agencies (such as RAW or possibly even the Russian FSB) are arming certain branches of the TTP. Basically TTP is slowly biting the hand that initially fed them....this explains the massive media campaign against them.

IF you use your logic than do you think ISI is playing a big game with us with the whole Swat operation?
Ask the people from Swat about Fazllulah you will get your answer.

Jasmine I will suggest you read my article in the monthly SAHAR, the voice of pashtuns.

Basically I am of the view that real opponents are Alqaeda and USA. Then Afghan taliban, Pakistani Taliban, Pakistan army, Afghan Government, Iran, India etc are the contributors and they side with any of the main opponents.

Many times they have conflicting as well common interests and then they are helping sometimes their opponent as well.

                                It is very confused situation.
Just for example, ISI suggests to Afghan Taliban to kill Karzai and Alqaeda approve it, however, Alqaeda Suugests Punjabi taliban to Attack Musharraf. Then how you will believe who is fighting against whom. But in my opinion main opponets are USA and Alqaeda. Here see, Pakistan is opposing Alqaeda, however wants Afghan Taliban their friends. Afghan Taliban stops attacking Pakistan army, however support Pakistani Taliban and seek shelter with them, havng friendship with them as well.
