I am regular reader of newspapers and i read about different crimes that occur on daily basis throughout pakistan. Most of the crimes occur in punjab, specially rapes, gang-rapes, sexual harassment, kidnapping of girls, domestic violence etc. But also the most sick crimes occur in punjab, e.g countless cases of canibalism, digging graves and eating dead bodies. There are also frequent cases of digging graves of girls and raping their corpses. Media in pakistan has now wide coverage but this is not recent phenomena. Rtd Justice javed iqbal, son of allama iqbal, writes in his book "apna gareban chak" that in 80s, when he was serving in lahore high court, the most sickening aspect of punjab province was waves of epidemics of rapes of small girls and female corpses from graves !

Mob justice is very common in punjab. A person will be blamed for some thing and people nearby will attack him without confirming the truth. Many innocent people gets killed and burnt alive by mobs in punjab for false charges. You wont believe it, women are paraded naked in streets, it frequently occurs in punjab. You wont observe it in pakhtunkhwa.

Very interesting that you bring up of the women being humiliated in pubic. There was a user on here who uploaded a video of a balochi women getting dragged naked in karachi or somewhere by punjabi goons. It's just comes to show their sick mentality and mind set to harass minorities. Seriously the whole muslim world is shaking their heads at them in disgust and muslims get a bad name in the west because of these landagharan.

Sahi baath hai ye. I think it is ok but we should lose the personal attacks on an entire group of people (punjabis) because of isolated cases. Don't forget though that many pashtuns find punjabis as enemy #1 in the preservation of our culture.

Mujhe bhi lagta hai K ye thread ka koi fida nahi hai.

I know punjabis aren't inherently evil because my father grew up in a pakhtun biradari in punjab, some people still maintain this stance though

You are young, and I know you find pride in your ethnicity. I am proud of you as well. But one thing you should realize is that every person is different. The mirage of ethnic comradery is very attractive, but you should realize that even your own Pashtoon people can and will back stab you.

That's why there is no point in judging on such a broad basis. There are good and bad people everywhere.

That's why I never judge people based on groups. I've met so many people, even non-Muslims, but I judged them individually as their own person. There are many wonderful people on this Earth. And also there are many terrible people, even in your own family.

This is just my observation.
