Pakistan a state. Your ID card and domicile says Afghan. Wazirs in hard times would go to Afghanistan (many actually do or have). So why didn't you go give this thableegh to wazirs there. Have you ever driven from peshawar to islamabad? If your plates are from Pashtunkhwa, they generally stop it and search it for smuggling. This used to happen all the time. there are 10000s of afghanis in pakistan and even refuse to leave after government has said many times with dead lines yet they never leave
