Ofcourse sedition charges are wrong and withdrawn already. .when india was weakest in 90s , kashmir insurgency was at peak ,kashmir remained with india. .how is it possible to take away kashmir now when india is far more powerful ?
If kashmiris wants they can migrate to land of pure anytime. .but the land will remain with us forever..

The point is that while many Muslim leaders in the sub-continent were launching movements against the Britain their kids were studying in different universities over there. Today if an Afghan supports Afghanistan while being a citizen of UK or studying there in UK against England in a Cricket match he must not face this sort of a reaction from the UK government.

Pakistan has gifted 25% of kashmir land (Aksai china) to china & independent Kashmir will have a major threat from mighty china...

Jammu & kashmir elects democratically their leaders while so people of azad Kashmir(POK) has no power of any kind....

Real Kashmir has always been the Kashmir Valley (90% muslim), not Jammu, Ladakh etc... I dont think Kashmries are even demanding the other parts you mentioned. This a hindu extremist trick. I heard there is a hindu extremist plan to also populate the valley with hindus from other areas of India to balance the population. That wont happen though, because Kashmiries will be even more resisting then they are today.

Also again, Kashmir is not your land. Kashmir culturally is very different from rest of India, eastern Pakistan. Their language is classified as Dardic, which is similar to the people of Gilgit/Baltistan not North India/Punjab. You can not force anyone to become what they dont want to be

Also while pakistan probably did support extremism in Kashmir, the reality is, Kashmiries have never wanted to be part of India, there is a clear internal struggle in Kashmir which you can never deny
