right when he denied involvement, could someone not asked him why was not doing anything about this issue??so maybe not toss hand granites at the building, but there is so much else he could do. open a mosque opposite the building or have people talk to these individuals going in there.
they have the ambition and courage of going after teenagers in streets and beating them up for having music in their cell phones but a cinema producing or broadcasting porn right in front of them gets no involvement from them.

I came from the refugee camps in FATA to America so the first time I had gone to a cinema was in America. When I went back and my relatives in peshawar asked me if I had gone to the cinema in America and I answered yes. They looked at me in horror. I asked them what is wrong with that, they said if you dont know then America has corrupted you to the point where you don't even know right from wrong. They never answered me but I found out years later that they looked at me that way because Pakistani cinema plays porn in the middle of the movie and they think it is that way all over the world.Originally posted by jankhan View PostIt was 2000, I with my friends one evening and we were watching a pashto movie lool. Well it must be the unregistered cinema's.
Because Peshawar yet has no Multiplex cinema at all.But when the waar movie was released they claimed that a new multiplex is being built in peshawar.
Here in Abbottabad They were constructing one but don't know what happened.
No,Officially registered multiplex cinema will show porn."Seer Speen Wazeer"

I thought that Islam teaches us to take CORRECTIVE action for people engaged in sin, not destruction action.
SHamlawar, Is bombing people in places where they're against in sin apart of Shari'ah? Does Allah(swt) command this?
He is no different than us,he blindly believes in the words of other men,:
To my knowledge, bombing such places is not the way to deal with the problem. I have never heard of any scholarly view supporting such actions.Originally posted by RevolutionThroughReason View PostI thought that Islam teaches us to take CORRECTIVE action for people engaged in sin, not destruction action.

However, I do know the community in Peshawar. There are many people who are deeply offended to see Pashtun women being used in prostitution and pornography to entertain pot smoking low-lifes.
When you have people with such feelings, don't expect them to go and ask for fatwa from a scholar before they take action. In most cases, such people have made up their mind before they act.
The attack might not be legal, but that doesn't make the victims of the crime martyrs. Members of Awami National Party on twitter are saying the victims are martyrs. They refer to them as shuhada. They are shuhada fi sabil pornography. I doubt that they will end up in paradise.Originally posted by FirdousiNever talk with Afghans about politics. Sidenote, the cinema exists for decades. So the people who decided to bomb it now, especially during the peace talks with Taliban could be members of the Awami National Party or operatives of the Afghan NDS. It is in their interest to have such attacks to sabotage any settlement between waring parties.Originally posted by FirdousiNever talk with Afghans about politics. They play them all over. Laws in Pakistan are as official as the laws in Afghanistan. Bribes and connections in government trump any laws out there.Originally posted by Da Bannu Mazdigar View PostWell it must be the unregistered cinema's.
