why muslims can not live in peace with eachother in muslim countries

The muslims live in peace with eachother in non-muslim countries but in the muslim countries they do,nt,why?
Different ethnic groups hate eachother and fight for language and culture etc.
Is the religion used for ethnic discrimination by majority group?
are we traitors?
or,
we misunderstood the holy islam?

There are more then one reasons but i want to know yours view.

Here are some of the reasons from my observations

- rule of law is very weak in most muslim countries.
- corruption is everywhere in everything. police is corrupt, government is corrupt etc...
- Muslims by nature tend to be more passionate, they react very quick compared to lets say (non muslims). Unfortunatly this adds more fuel to the fire.
- There is hatred between different groups that is centuries old, this hatred never goes away and continues to next generations.
- lack of respect for the other sects/religious groups, it's always the case of I am better then you

It is becuase in most muslim countries the rule of law is not secular but is mixed with religion, like in Iraq, Shia poeple want there shia Islamic rule thats why they ignore sunis from the goverment, if the constitution was secular this type of things will not happen, and it wouldn't matter if the people on power is shia or sunni. becuase religion would be not used, but now the shia people want to bring Shia Islamic rule and to suceed in that they don't want sunnis to mess with this chance.

The thing is most of the religious violence is between shia and sunni, or sunni wanting sharia in a country where also other religious minorities live, becuase they have a fear that there religion would be opressed or dissapear if other religious people will come to power.

This can be solved by removing religion from politics, in Europe it was the same thing between katholics and protestants, thanks to religious freedom and secularisation of the state both groups didn't feel any treat for there way of live, this was actualy the bigest push for secularisation in Europe and not like some people here think that Europeans just turned atheist the one day. Muslim countries can achive this too, but they are to stubburn to implement this.

There are many non muslim multi ethnic societies filled with conflict. Likewise there multi ethnic muslim societies where there is no conflict.
