Pakistan get cheaper oil and alot of financial support from KSA,In return Pakistan has deployed SSG in KSA and has Good relations with them.

Pakistan can get over any country for turkey,china and KSA.Even the UAE official were sad of Pakistan not voting for them for the expo 2020 and instead voted for turkey

Meanwhile Bangladesh has close relations with CHina,and India also.

Not true. Saudi has not given Pakistan anything close to a yearly billion since Pakistan went nuclear (in fact, I think they just hand out a few million dollar grants for hospitals and schools). Why do you think the US gets to push and kick Pakistan around with the IMF loans and the payments for Pak support for the US/NATO war.

However, Saudi do have big pockets, I mean they are propping up the Arab dictatorship of Sisi/Egyptian Army with a yearly $5 billion plus. To them, Pakistanis are not to of concern- there is no special relationship as you are saying.

The ban on recruiting new Bangladeshi workers dates from 2008, the year when the Awami League came in to power.

There are a lot of ignorant people on this forum but everyone knows that Pakistan hates the Awami League and Saudi and Pakistan have traditionally worked on many issues together including Bangladesh.

However Saudi is reforming its foreign policy dramatically these days. In the past few years it has been opening up to India heavily. India may have had a word with Saudi about its support for Jamaat in Bangladesh, which is equivalent to India supporting Hizbullah in the middle-east or the Houthis in Yemen.

Hizbullah and other Shia groups are seen as a threat to the Saudi regime by the Saudis and if India were to start supporting them (India is completely uninterested in such a thing) it would be seen as threatening Saudi interests, this is how the Indians probably feel about Saudi support for Jamaat.

India sees Jamaat as an anti-Indian, anti-Hindu terrorist organization hostile to India and working to support what India considers separatists/terrorists against India e.g. ULFA.

It seems to me that the Saudis have decided to stop bullying Bangladesh and respect it a bit more as an independent state.


The truth is Saudi Arabia is a very rich state with billions to spend, Pakistan is a feudal state with 2 million slaves, an army which is being killed by militants and an impoverished country. Saudi does not need to be dictated to by a relatively insignificant Pakistan.

Saudi must learn to respect Bangladesh as an independent state.

It seems that is happening.

Khyberwatch is a forum for Pashtun nationalists. They are peaceful people and not in to hate or things like that. So it would not be the sort of place where regular anti-Pakistan threads would be welcome, something which I never did.

However asif86 used to often post anti-Bangladeshi threads including mocking floods in Bangladesh (ironically before the major floods in Pakistan a few years ago) and other things.

I eventually had to ban him, and I also banned another Pakistani troll from Khyberwatch, "Luffy".
