The only true Army is one which have and maintains correct financial documents. I wanna see an income statement, balance, sheet and cash flows if I was to believe a leader and an army is truly halal. Where's the capital coming from? Are the fairly compensating their men, and taken care of widows of the slain? Are they being just with their rulings, or making Islam too much of a burden for the people?

al nusra, and even AS are salafis. There is killing on all sides and this is a clear fitna. As for SMC i don't agree with the takfir of ISIS but they need to be taken down. It shows the bias of some members, FSA factions have allready made truces with assad in some parts of syria. Of course it is obvious that taking Muslims are prisoners of war is impermissible as this was said by Ali ibn abi talib after the wars with the sahaba. In addition no ones promoted raping women but rather i was only explaining the ruling that taking women (non muslim) as prisoners of war is permissible and having sex with them is also permissible.
