1. Bangladesh is being pressurized to legalize homosexuality by western organizations: http://www.gaystarnews.com/article/b...exuality210913
2. Other states are being targeted too including Russia and Qatar. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/foo...orld-Cups.html
3. The west has a long-term militant programme of demanding the legalization of homosexuality through out the world. After the legalization will be the intention for its complete acceptance and normalization (acceptance and legalization are too different things e.g. in the west adultery is not illegal so "legal" but is not condoned or seen as morally acceptable) and then for it be practised more widely as we are seeing in the west.
Despite Bangladesh standing up for moral values, the country is targeted and harassed by the Saudi regime whenever the electorate in Bangladesh vote in the Awami League. The Awami League was in fact founded by an Islamic scholar, Maulana Bhashani.

Maulana Bhashani, the founder of the Awami League and regarded by many as the spiritual father of the Bangladeshi nation.
He worked with Pashtun nationalists in the 1960s to remove the dictator Ayub Khan from power and was the leader of the movement to unseat Ayub Khan in Pakistan.
When an Awami League government comes in power, the Saudi regime and their mini-mes in the rest of the GCC do the following:
- Block Bangladeshi workers from coming to the gulf.
- Harass the Bangladeshi workers already there e.g. use the police (I was in Medina last year and my cousin told me all about this).
The Saudi regime does this to please Pakistan, Jamaat e Islami and to a lesser degree the main opposition party, the BNP.
No one from the Awami League suffers as they are rich from corruption, but Bangladesh as a country suffers as the remittances from our workers decrease. Thus Bangladeshi economic growth is affected and thus our ability to resist western pressure is weakened, because the economically stronger we are the more powerful we are and the more ability we have to resist western pressure.
The Saudi regime will never dare do anything like this to Turkey, though Bangladesh is far more Islamic than Turkey.
In Bangladesh:
- Quranic based inheritance law is part of the law (not in Turkey)
- Quranic based family law has legal status (not in Turkey)
- Complete freedom to wear hijab (not in Turkey where it is banned for teachers in schools, banned in public places and in the parliament).

A woman arrested due to Hijab (a few years back, the current government is trying to end this but facing stiff opposition from the secular elite) in Saudi ally, Turkey.
Despite the Saudi bullying copied by their mini-mes in the GCC (with the commendable exception of Qatar) Bangladesh will continue on with economic growth (which is the 4th or 5th highest in the world since 2008 after China, Turkey, Brazil and Singapore).
Saudi Arabia is a country where homosexuality is rampant and where ridiculous laws exist e.g. the banning of women from driving.

Below is a video of a Saudi prince who murdered his alleged homosexual partner in London:
Saudi gay prince convicted of murdering his lover servant return home ! Hypocrisy ! - YouTube

The video says the British government agreed to transfer the "prince" to Saudi, where obviously he will officially "be in prison", but in reality be free and live a life of royal pleasure but more discreetly.
The Saudi regime promotes radicalism on the one hand, but weakens Muslim countries (e.g. Bangladesh) or destabilizes them through terrorism (e.g. Syria) and also protects homosexuals.
One of the key architects of the anti-Bangladeshi policy of the Saudi regime is believed to be the notorious Ali Al-Ghamdi.

Saudi propagandist and Jamaati supporter, the notorious Ali Al-Ghamdi.
The bad news for the Saudis is that Bangladesh is a Muslim country and will not legalize homosexuality and will certainly not be host to the homosexual antics of drunk Saudi princes.
In Bangladesh our sisters will also continue to be able to drive freely unlike "Saudi" Arabia.
