Assad uses deadly chemical weapons against syrian civilians in Damascus
i hope b*stard-al-asshead gets removed after this if its true
because people are drinking presstv rtnews mixed with conspiracy theories.
why After this, he has done enough crime even before this.
there has already been other chemical attacks by him.
assad is a sick massmurderer and people that defend him have no humanity left in them. They always try to find excuses even if it ment portraing FSA as israelis in disguise.
In human history never have we seen so much cruelty except that it was the work of secularists.

When will the world stop ignoring the horrific destruction in Syria? ,
So why are we publishing them?
The civil war in Syria has been ripping the country apart for two years, five months and one week.
891 days of increasingly bloody, horrific insanity.
In June 2013, the death toll surpassed 100,000 according to the United Nations.
According to various opposition activist groups, between 80,350 and 106,425 people have been killed, of which about half were civilians
No one can claim that the Syrian opposition are angels, but the Assad regime's indiscriminate use of force is barbaric.
Today's agonising images show scores of lifeless children - wrapped in simple white cloths, their pale faces unmarked by any wound - lined up in a vivid demonstration of an attack yesterday in which activists say the Syrian regime killed at least 1300 people with toxic gas.
The pictures are the most shocking of a daily stream of horrific imagery I have seen every day for two years.
Every day I start my morning scanning the AFP, Getty and AP wires, every day I am reduced to tears. We have seen parents cradling their dead children, entire city districts devastated, millions of refugees streaming across borders to safety in Turkey and Jordan. How much death and destruction must we witness before we do something about it?
In 2003 we went to war with Saddam on the pretext of chemical weapons he turned out not to have. Now a brutal dictator is using chemical weapons on his own people, on the outskirts of own capital city, and we are sitting on our hands.
The western media self-censors for fear of upsetting our readers sensibilities.
But if people do not know the truth, how will anything ever change?
We don't want to upset our readers.
But we believe that this self-censorship has to stop or nothing will ever get done.
Syria is a beautiful country being brutalised by an evil regime. And we are looking away.
Well look at these images and weep. Share them, tell the world. Express your disgust. Realise that the world we live in is not all sweetness and light, celebrity photo shoots and red carpets. People are being murdered in their homes by their own government.
When will the world stop ignoring this?

What I don't get is, why would Bashar let off chemical weapons just 10km away from a UN base of hotels where the UN are staying (which the point of them being there is to criticize Bashars war crimes). I mean Bashar clearly knows that being caught using chemical weapons will give an instant ticket for NATO to carry out military strikes on him and come to the aid of the rebels. How we know Israel/US/NATO haven't blasted the chemical weapons there themselves just so they get a free pass to air bomb Syria like they've done to the other countries.

Some have aired the same doubts you have just said and strongly suspect that it was the work of "rebels"/militants, who include amongst their ranks cannibals (the fanatic who ate a dead soldiers heart) and child murderers.
Both sides are bad, Assad and the rebels.
The biggest losers are the Syrian people.
Syria is a proxy war between Russia/China/Iran and the US/West/Turkey/GCC and ultimately I think the Russia-China led axis will prevail and Assad will stay.
These "Salafis" have caused nothing but trouble through out the Arab and Muslim world.
Its not so much Salafis that have caused trouble, Salafis are straight forward upfront people that do not hide their opinions or thoughts or even try to smokescreen their actions, anything you want to know about Salafis or the intentions they have is not hard to find or workout since they are ready to be open about their plans and the reasons why they are involved in certain predicaments..the same cant be said for the other political game players, everything is a secret, motives are hidden and agendas are smoke-screened through propaganda and even media brainwashing, if the Salafis learned from the Jews to be a bit more discrete and secretive then they would be more dangerous. I agree it is a proxy war going on though, but I would like to add that people that mention issues such as wahabbi/salafi problems in the arab and muslim world should look no further then western involvement in the middle east, all these issues of al-Qaida, terrorists, rebels etc were almost non-existent until the west started meddling in foreign affairs. The western governments see a little flame, they throw fuel onto the flame and turn it into a blazing fire, once the fire is ignited they act all innocent and watch others fight each other to put it out. typical.

I know Salafis very well including their different sub-groups e.g. Madkhalis (who follow Rabee al Madkhali), Suroori, Salafi-jihadi etc.
The ordinary Salafis are as you said very direct and clear. They do not believe in sophistry. However the Salafi movement and its different and conflicting wings are used by the western powers e.g. in Libya to overthrow Gaddafi, in Afghanistan where Bin Laden worked with the CIA for a while etc.
Salafi-Jihadis also returned to Algeria in the 90s and caused trouble there.
The Salafis have no solution for how to live in the modern 21st century but instead follow a very outdated Hanbali-fiqh based ideology which is not compatible with reality and modernity.
P.S. Salafis/Jihadis are also used against Russia e.g. in Chechnya and it is well known "Al-Qaeda" is just a US asset to legitimize certain US policies.

Most of the Salafis i've come across follow Imaam Shafi based fiqh
