Ya in my opinion and common sense also says it is haram. First suicder kills himself, which is haram, and then kill many other innocent except his target, which is again haram.

If you explore the book of Islam , you wil find that not only suicide but harming urself is haram too.. If you shed a drop of your blood purposely you wil be asked for it

Committing Suicide (as we are all aware) is strictly forbidden in Islam and can never be justified. No matter how miserable and depressed one becomes, one must not kill oneself.

Allah Most High says:

thats the problem..... hadith and words in Quran wont be believed unless and until it is backed by some mullahs or till they give it a stamp......
