Kayani is very cool and calm person. He will do anything after discussing the issue with all important people. Supreme court is supreme. No one can do anything at the moment except army from top level but they also do something but very sensibly. he has upset and fooled the Americans, while he was in power used the US dollars against the US by feeding the terrorists. Karzai and besharaf hated each others.
he is hated by the army as well for holding on to power and his army position as well. he didnt know how to share..
the main reason of his arrest is the murder of Bugti, the bugti family had many conditions including punishing besharaf, before they participate in the election. the pakies are trying to calm baluch down.

I don't know if the bugti clan would be reason enough for the paki establishment to arrest mushy. there is far more animosity than that going on in those political circles.

According to sources, military actually advised him not to come to Pakistan. They expect their ex-generals to stay dormant and not to embarress their mother istitution..but still they do take care of their ex-chief of army...which is evident from the fact that he escaped from court with the help of rangers, a paramilitary force.
Kayani , the COAS, is wise and cool individual. He would certainly avoid clash with judiciary but he would certainly make it sure that an ex-general is not hanged by them...
