Ok rape is rape and they should all be punished, but why is that European tourists often travel all alone in countries like India or even Pakistan?

The tourists should not have camped in an isolated area especially in Madhya Pradesh. There are many dacoits in that area which was mentioned on BBC TV report. The police have caught 8 men.

I doubt you could say Sweden is the highest in rape since the vast majority of rape all over the world is not reported. If Sweden is highest according to reported data, then its the highest one where its reported.

Unlike India, the Chinese government has a handle on criminal gangs in China. Chinese organized criminals work outside of China because they are too afraid to work inside china.
