jalib , where did this happen ? its obvious it was a closed compound

the shots came from the back ... did they aim for those two men or on kharzai direct ???

I think this was the assasination attempt on him in Kandahar back in 02-03. The guy that sprayed the bullets shooting at anything in sight was a blackwater guard from inside the SUV. The guy that was shaking Karzais hand actually saved Karzai because the shooter came behind him and he wrestled with him.

I never saw this before and am really surprised how the camara man was so calm in capturing this while being so close to it.

Interesting. I was trying to see direction of the shots. Khushal, You confirmed it, the rear landcruiser, but how you know about blackwater? You can see fom the dust, how bullets sprayed around the unfortunate man. Then the same Landcruiser drives a wheel through the nala (jui) as it leaves the gates!
I didnt see karzai's exit, where did he go? Did he duck or slid in the more enforced rear of he Lexus?

because karzai could only trust blackwater to protect him at that time.

there is also a video where karzai is in kandahar and this little kid comes close to his car and gets sprayed with bullets.I dont knwo if the video is still our there on yourtube.
